Career Compass Program
Our Career Compass Program offers high achieving students a unique learning experience that will help you make smart decisions about your professional career.
We’ll introduce you to our professional environment and the culture, people and practice that drive our success. Gain insight as to why Ernst & Young was awarded the Accountancy Services Firm of the Year, CFO Awards 2009.
Through structured learning sessions and workshops, you’ll develop interpersonal skills that will help you make the transition from student to professional. And at the end of the program you may have the opportunity to interview for our 2011-12 Vacationer Program before your peers.
The Melbourne Career Compass Program will run for three days in September 2010.
Apply if you are in your first, second or third year of your degree and are on track to graduate in mid or late 2012.
Applications close 12:00 noon, 8 September 2010
Vacationer Program
As a vacationer at Ernst & Young, you’ll work with our clients, access our learning resources and gain experience similar to that of a first-year graduate. Working with us you’ll put into practice what you’ve learned at university.
When it comes to finding out what an organisation’s like, nothing compares to working there.
From day one, you’ll enjoy the support of a ‘buddy’ to help you settle in and a counsellor to help you plan your development. You’ll have your own areas of responsibility, working in our Assurance, Tax or Advisory area. You could kick-start your career with the opportunity to secure your graduate role early. You’ll be able to head back to university confident that your career’s already begun.
Our Melbourne Vacationer Program will be held during summer 2010-11
Apply if you are in your penultimate year of your degree.
International students should refer to the criteria before applying.
Applications close 12:00 noon, 18 August 2010
