We are seeking high-calibre graduates who are in their final year of studies to start working with us in 2011. An opportunity exists for a permanent grad position.
Graduates are recruited from the core disciplines of actuarial science, commerce, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, physics and engineering. In addition to excellent grades we require people with lots of motivation, excellent communication skills, the ability to apply their analytical skills, and who enjoy working in a team environment. The successful candidate would be expected to study for the Actuarial exams.

Typically analysts in the Actuarial and Benefits Consulting Line of Business work on projects in the following areas:
- strategy, design, valuation and compliance for superannuation plans
- mergers and acquisitions benefit strategy
- determining the appropriate investment objectives, strategies and asset, allocations for clients, through asset/liability studies
- design and valuation of incentive plans such as share and option schemes
- design and implementation of member investment choice programs
